PROJECT IN BRIEF:The industrial silicon is also named as metal silicon, it refers to SiO₂ that contains more than 98%–99.9% products by adopting high temperature smelting process and based on silicon dioxide as the main silicon ore and carbon reducer as the raw materials. They are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, space flight, aviation and military industry, so they are also named as "rice of industry".
TOTAL INVESTMENT:120 million RMB, including 90 million RMB for fixed asserts and 30 million RMB as circulating fund.
PRODCUT CHARACTERISTICS:The products are widely used in high–tech filed, for example: semi-conductor. They are the main raw material for the new type of industrial products. The market requirement grows every year, the products are also having high added value, the price has been in the high level of 9000 RMB for quite a long time.
ADVANTAGES OF THE PROJECT:Beipiao is rich in reserves of many different mine resources, it comes into a center of SiO₂ area based on the towns of Baoguolao, Loujiadian and Longtanxiang. The reserves of SiO₂ mine are about tens of million tons, and the mine ore contains SiO₂ more than 97% to 99%.
