项目概述 该项目为HZS120混凝土搅拌站(包括混凝土运输、混凝土泵送等设备），采用德国先进技术及计算机控制系统，生产能力可达到240m³/小时，年产商品混凝土40万m³。
投资总额 项目投资3,752万元。
产品特点 商砼的生产是在工厂作业条件下进行，且通过全自动电脑控制系统，集中生产和供应高质量、高性能成品砼，是改善施工现场环境，确保施工工程质量的重要举措。同时，还可大大增加地方财政税收，促进社会就业。
优势条件 我市地处辽、冀、蒙三省交界处，特别是振兴东北老工业基地及高速公路建设，商砼产品需求旺盛，且目前我市无此类生产企业。朝阳市年产水泥150万吨，其中散装水泥22万吨，为商品混凝土搅拌提供了物质条件。根据国家建设部有关规定，混凝土现场搅拌受到严格限制，为商品混凝土搅拌提供了广阔的市场空间。
效益预测 年销售收10,830万元，实现利税2,850万元。

It is also an important measure to improve the circumstances of the construction site and ensure the quality of project quality. Meanwhile, it can greatly increase the local finance and taxation and promote social employment.
ADVANTAGES OF THE PROJECT:Our city lies in the place where the two provinces of Liaoning and Hebei and Inner Mongolia meet. Especially with the vigorously develop industry of the old northeast industrial base and the building of highways. The commercial concrete is greatly needed. And there is no such enterprise in our city. The annual output of cement in Chaoyang is 1.5 million tons. Among them, the cement in bulk is 220, 000 tons. It offers the materials for commercial concrete mixing. According to the rules of Ministry of National Building, the concrete mixing sites are strictly limited by which it offers a large space in the market for the commercial concrete mixing.
PROFITABILITY PREDICTED:Annual sales income is RMB108.3 million. It can realize profit and tax of 28.5 million RMB.
